You read that right—we've disappeared those pesky shipping fees*, so they'll never again appear at checkout. (Hey...great customers should get a li'l something for their loyalty, so we're happy to do it!)

DELIVERY QUESTIONS
When will I get my order?
Because your order is drop-shipped (& freshly-minted!), there are two stages of fulfillment. First, it usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill the order. Next shipping & delivery time is usually 3–4 business days. If you choose Express delivery (newly added as of October 2024!), then you can expect order fulfillment within 48 hours, then shipping/delivery within 3 days.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with on-demand order fulfillment services with numerous facilities.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● ask your local post office if they have your package
● check with neighbors in case the courier left your package with them (this happens a lot!)
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, then get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we're happy to send you a replacement order (but shipping will be at your expense).

How are your products made?
We work with multiple high-quality, print-on-demand drop-shippers.
Drop-shipping means your order goes straight to a production facility, which turns a blank garment into a freshly-printed garment & then completes fulfillment by shipping that newly created item directly to you. They have locations worldwide, so your order is produced and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently for your region.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out – so be sure to provide your best email address & check your spam folder! If you don't receive this email, or have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
First of all: we’re very so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help us quickly resolve that for you, please contact us within a week's time with: 1) several clear photos of the damaged product; 2) your order number; and 3) any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
