Refund policy
To run a tight ship, we don't house any inventory. Instead, we work with two quality, print-on-demand drop-shippers. Meaning: your order goes straight from you to a printer, who turns a blank garment into a freshly-printed product, and then completes fulfillment by shipping that freshly minted item directly to you.
Because of this seamless system of moving parts, we never actually touch your garment. For that reason, we don't offer returns or exchanges.
However, if you do find that there's anything at all wrong with your order, please let us know. We're sure we can work something out to make it right!
What about refunds?
Refunds are offered only to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If that's you, please contact us with several clear photos of the wrong or damaged items and we'll get it sorted.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Again, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and several clear photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund!
